The O-Wacky Tool is a small aluminum or plastic cylinder device used by anglers to quickly and easily place rubber O-rings onto soft plastic stick worms for wacky rigging.
What It Does and Why It Helps
Saves money: Prevents soft plastic worms (like Senkos) from tearing and flying off the hook during aggressive casts, snags, or fish strikes.
Extends bait life: Allows you to catch multiple fish on a single plastic worm instead of losing a new bait every time a fish bites.
Improves action: Secures the hook under the O-ring rather than punching straight through the heavy plastic body, giving the lure a more natural and bouncy sinking movement.
How to Use the O-Wacky Tool
Slide an O-ring onto the outer barrel of the tool.
Insert the plastic worm into the hollow cylinder tube until the middle (halfway point) of the bait aligns with where you want the ring.
Roll or slide the O-ring off the metal tube and onto the middle of the plastic worm.
Remove the worm from the tool.
Slip your fishing hook underneath the rubber O-ring (or directly through the ring) rather than piercing the worm's plastic skin
