The Missile Baits D Bomb is a 4 to 4.5-inch soft plastic creature bait designed by Bassmaster Elite pro John Crews. It features a bulky, heavily ribbed body that displaces a lot of water on the drop. Its twin tails can be left connected to sail or separated to flap wildly when pumped. The bait is built with a thicker head for durability on the hook and a thinner mid-section for easy hook sets.

Here is how the features break down and work:

The Body: The D Bomb has a thick, solid nose (head). This keeps the bait securely locked onto your hook so it doesn't easily slide down or rip when you pitch it into thick plants or wood. The middle section where the hook point comes out is slightly thinner. This allows the plastic to fold up and get out of the way, making it much easier to hook the fish when it bites.
