The Megabass Magdraft 5″ packs the proven drawing power of the Magdraft into a compact profile that appeals to both quality bass and numbers of fish. Its hard-thumping tail drives a natural head-shaking action through the entire body, producing a strong visual and vibration signature at retrieve speeds ranging from a controlled slow roll to a faster search presentation.
Megabass’s improved MAG-HOLD System uses an internal magnet to secure the belly treble hook tightly against the bait. This creates a cleaner, more realistic profile while helping the Magdraft move through light cover with fewer hang-ups. Two molded pectoral fins further stabilize the bait, reduce excessive body roll and provide additional protection for the magnetized hook.
A reinforced internal harness and wire-through construction connect the line tie directly to the hook system, giving the compact Magdraft the strength needed for fish well beyond its size. At 5 inches and 3/4 ounce, it is an excellent choice for targeting bass around points, docks, grass edges, laydowns and open-water baitfish.
